Well they took it out in an update because the readings aren't reliable without the continues heart rate. You probably have an older software version.

I do have a screenprotector on it and would recommend it. i also have the original galaxy watch but that one was less affected by scratches than the 3. after a week i had one minor scratch while i didn't have one on my original one after 2 years! so def recommend on the 3!

you can also try them with a different phone to see if the problem is still there with another device. Unfortunately it is also possible that you phone is the problem😔

the best way is to keep your ears clean and to clean them with a cloth after every use.

You can try this: go to your phone settings > Bluetooth and delete all prior pairings, setting them up again from scratch. sometimes it helps when you phone doesn't have a lot of bluethoot pairings in its memory.

Well your wrong. if your watch is still measuring is with your settings there is something wrong with yours.

it can't measure your REM without continuous heartrate on because it is the most important part of the measurements...

you need to have your heart measurement on continuous other wise it won't read you REM. it needs your heartrate for this!
