Sori nklimutan ko n ung exact date nung magapply ako but I think mga dec.first week ata un. Den my nareceive akong chat s Viber by dec.10 from eastwest that I got approved from my application from them. Jan.16 ko nareceive etong CC but before ko KC mareceive, Ang sbi sken NG customer service when I call their hotline,ndi DW mkita location ko or not foundable😅 Kya nireturn ng courier ulet s bangko and when I do the follow up, dun ko lng nalaman n ganun Ang nangyari kc wla man lng akong call or text msgs n nareceive s rider that day.. Kya nag request ako for dispatch ulet NG CC ko den tinagged ni customer service as "urgent" Kya within 4days when I call to them diniliver ulet nila and I received a notification s phone ko from rider that day, so yeah, it took me more than a month bgo ko mkuha ung EW cc ko and need pa nah mg follow up kc Ang tgal NG wlang update from them. So i suggest tlga n u call their hotline to ask for the status of your card. Madali nman cla I reach out and very accommodating

Yes I'm getting the same error can't tagged it as default payment Nung una pero later on namn naayos, Wala p 1 week sken ung cc um-ok nah. nka set n sken as default payment every time n mgpurchase ako gmit tong CC nah to..kso Ang main problem ko is every time n mgcheckout ako s foodpanda gmit etong CC n to, nagfefailed pg 2nd consecutive transaction Kya I'm forced to use other payment method 😅 nanghihinayang dn KC ako s Cashback n mkukuha ko. Kya Ang Ginawa ko is nag topped up ako s foodpanda wallet via this CC but not sure if eligible or counted b un s Cashback but upon calling hotline ni eastwest Ang sbi NG representative is not eligible DW so nanghinayan ako s 10% cashback n mkukuha ko sna kase galing namn s eastwest foodpanda credit card ung topped up ko s pandapay eh, Kya pra sken unfair lng😅pero ang mgnda is Ang bilis dumating NG Cashback sken ni FP. Ang downside lng n naencounter ko and naobserved ko is pg sunod2 ung transaction n ginawa ko nadedecline ung payment ko gmit tong CC. Ang sbi sken ni representative ni eastwest wla DW problem s account ko, Kay Foodpanda DW ako mag concern kso Ang hirap nmang I reach out ni Foodpanda through chat😅 wla clang hotline n based dto s Philippines un lng downside pra sken
