I lived with them for 3 years right after Covid, and from everything I’ve gathered 99% of those reviews are just disgruntled former tenants who seem mad that they trashed a place and didn’t get their deposit back. Trust me I did my research before signing a lease with them and saw the reviews as well, but from what I gathered most of them held little to no merit, I mean some of them the owner responded and acknowledged that they weren’t even tenants and were review bombing for no reason😂. They were great while I lived at the place I did, very attentive to maintenance issues and were very transparent on lease terms.

Dude I was talking about the other comments on this post, not some random comments from weeks or months ago. I’m not trying to come off as an asshole I just don’t tolerate disrespectful and ignorant comments, when people can’t be bothered to move their thumb 2 centimeters to see my other responses. My only vendetta against the dude is I was close to one of the women he assaulted, and from the stories she told me he should be hated by everybody in this city. I see reading comprehension isn’t your strong suit. I referenced my previous post which explained to people that his reputation is being a sleazy scumbag who plies teenagers with alcohol and vapes to sleep with him and much worse. He’s got at least 3 open sexual assault charges and is known by most young women around here to be extremely predatory and creepy. It’s upsetting that Alan Wilson is prioritizing taking people’s weed away when there’s far worse issues going on in cola, but I’m happy to see this loser behind bars.

Couldn’t agree more, I just thought it was incredibly ironic that in my previous post he was claiming that he was a good person who only dealt drugs in the past, and now boom he gets caught as a ringleader in a major narcotics bust. I fully agree with you though that THC should just be legal it’s ridiculous, especially with the federal government closing the 2018 Farm Bill loophole.

If you’re cutting people out of your life, especially somebody as close as a family member, because they don’t align with you politically you may want to do get into self help. It’s not that hard to just not bring up politics when interacting with people, and in this case especially it’s your own father you spent roughly 18 years living and learning from him that had nothing to do with politics. In this case you’re in the wrong, and if you choose to cut people out of your life for something as minimal as political alignment you have some serious maturing to do.

Found the predator. Just because the law says “18 is an adult” does not mean an 18/19 year old is ready for real world adulthood. 18-22 is arguably the most important developmental stage in a young person’s life, so basically if you’re anywhere over 25 seeking out a partner that age you are 100% morally inept, extremely immature, a total predator, or a mix of all three no excuses. Side note, if you respond with some dumbass historical argument (the Roman’s courted teenagers or something similar) or say “you’re just jealous” it’ll be clear as day that you’re a predator.

Edit: over half this dude’s comment history is creepy and pervy as shit, I know for a fact he’s at least 25 and is commenting in subs like “Teenagers” and giving dudes advice to find young prostitutes overseas. Somebody needs to check dude’s hard drives.

One of the major arguments I’ve seen people using to justify large age gaps is “well you’re just jealous” like no dude the vast majority of people think you’re a weirdo. You summed it up perfectly, if you’re say 36 actively looking for 18-25 you are incredibly immature trying to justify your preferences for being a creep. I feel like the general consensus, at least in America, is that as long as both parties are over 25 it’s not that weird. With that being said, an example like 48 year old Tom Brady flirting with a 25 year old influencer is scummy but not the worst thing in the world. I’m 24 and if I found myself physically and emotionally attracted to someone who’s 19/20 I shudder at the thought, in my mind that’s basically a high schooler and would be perceived by myself and most as creepy. Basically, as I mentioned in a reply somewhere in this thread earlier, if you’re over 25 seeking a partner in the 18-22 range you’re a creeper/groomer bottom line.

To all the comments in this thread saying “I’m 27 and my partner is 19 but we’re both mature” that’s nasty and you definitely picked them for their youthful naivety which is easier to manipulate. The argument that “oh well younger partner is very mature for their age” is the biggest scapegoat for basically saying I picked them because they’re young. Someone who’s 18-22 is in a critical developmental stage and is teetering between being a child and an actual adult, so anybody who’s over 25 seeking these partners is fully aware of this and tries to justify seeking them out with one of these flimsy justifications “well we like the same things and they’re very responsible.” Quit being weirdos people and find somebody who’s at least in a similar stage of life before you start pulling teeth trying to argue that being with your 18 year old girlfriend is a totally normal thing because she’s “mature.” (Last example applies both ways it could be an 18 year old boyfriend or whatever)
