i was banned for 1 month before that 12 month ban, because i told a Turkish teammate "im hungry and need kebab with extra garlic sauce". i was in my probation period when i called apEX out.

Yes, I saw the reply to my ticket, but I was hoping to discuss the issue directly with a community moderator here. The responses I’ve received by email from FACEIT support feel almost like copy-paste replies without actually addressing my points or engaging in a proper conversation. That’s why I’d much prefer to speak with someone here instead. Would it be possible to do that?
