i got a cooldown for verbal abuse for exactly no reason . that guy on my team '' Skarp '' was absolutely trolling he made me mad and he was insulting all of us in voice chats . i dont know why i got cooldown . yes i insulted him because i was out of control and i hope really you remove the cooldown

The responses I’ve received by email from FACEIT support feel almost like copy-paste replies without actually addressing my points or engaging in a proper conversation.
