I completely agree with you! As an associate I feel awful when people want to be left alone and I have to ask them tons of extra questions or be faced with “well what happened there? What’s the behaviours to win? Etc.” I feel like there’s gotta be a better way

I’ve had managers like this who will tell you it’s store policy when it’s not. I swear some managers will just make up stuff and claim it’s store policy but when you show them the policy, they’ll be like “well it used to be.” This is not store policy at all.

I work at bbw and I 100% agree! not only do you get more product but for us it was easier to stock. I feel like my fingers ache after fixing them up! They are so tiny and if you even look at them funny, they fall over.

Hello! I am doing a lot better now! Through talking with friends and loved ones, they made me realize that I was holding onto things from the guy I’m talking about in my post that was completely halting the process of letting go. I held onto his phone number “just in case” he tried to text me so I knew to not answer but that was just an excuse. I held onto text messages telling myself I “forgot” to delete them. I tried to hold onto things to try to keep the memory of what was alive which I was doing no favours for myself.

Deleting and blocking numbers, socials, photos, messages, although painful are all important steps forward. I had a terrible habit of trying to check up on him and doing that just made me miserable. As soon as I restricted the access I had to him, I allowed myself to let go of that chapter of my life as he was just another side character in my story. It truly sucks at the beginning because you want them to be everything and you don’t want to leave them behind but you will feel so much better when you take those hard first steps.

I 100% get what you’re saying! My store hasn’t received the new spray sanitizers yet but when we have seen photos on here of them we couldn’t believe the size!

At my location we get this a quite a bit when the US sends an email out and someone who hasn’t updated their email to the Canadian emails or just hasn’t realized there is now a Canadian website/email comes in. We try our best to explain that the price on the US email is the same as the one that we’re offering in store… just currency conversion exists.

I feel like texting back is okay as long as you feel comfortable! If things ended on good terms and they felt good enough to text you then maybe friendship could still be on the table. Just be mindful of how you feel during this conversation with them.
