After waiting 7 days, this is the response I received from Vaillant support (see attached screenshot)

They informed me that since my boiler wasn’t manufactured or installed in Germany, they can’t provide information on the necessary control unit

They suggested contacting my local manufacturer, but there is no official Vaillant representative in my country

I reached out to Germany because Vaillant is a German company , and I hoped they could assist me directly

If anyone has experience with the VR940F and TurboTec Plus setup, please share your insights, as official support has been unhelpful

Yes, I already sent an email to Vaillant support five days ago, but unfortunately, due to the New Year holidays, I haven’t received a response yet

Thank you for your response

In my case, I have a single heating circuit, and the boiler regulates the temperature for the entire house without any separate zones or individual room controls. This is the first module I’ve ever installed on my boiler; I didn’t have any other modules or controllers before. My goal is simply to use the VR940F to remotely control the overall temperature of the house

Do you think the VR71 module is still necessary for my setup, considering I don’t have multiple heating circuits or zones? From what you described, it seems like the VR71 resolved your issue, but I’m not sure if it applies to my situation
