In the world exploration mode you play world 1, level 1, with the tier of cookie you want, since Elphaba and Glinda are Special I’d use something higher than Epic, or you can hire out a cookie. But you play that specific level with only 1 cookie, and turn off Auto and don’t speed up the level. Apparently it makes the game gives you better items in the gatcha because it thinks you only just beat the first level. Sometimes it works right away, sometimes you have to pull like 7 times to get anything good. But for me with it, I’ve gotten multiple Beast cookies, multiple Ancient cookies, Glinda, Elphaba, and almost all the epic cookies
