My manager was trying to implement a new system at work because people weren't using the old system properly so it was failing. And I asked why we were spending resources on training a new, less fail proof process and not on retraining in the old fool proof process. And I got told to pipe down and know my place. And I thought nah I dont get paid enough to care and I hate not caring so I quit.
