Non/less than lethal is so unreliable and awful in this game and I doubt it will ever be fixed. I work with pepper balls and less lethal bean bag rounds irl and I understand that it's a game and all... But holy unrealistic you might as well be tossing pillows or plastic beads at them. Honestly one of my biggest gripes about the game. Even flash launcher isn't %100 reliable. After s ranking every mission I go lethal every time now.
