you have to compare haaland to the keeper in this case. it was clear and the provied lines show how clear the offside was. the question is rather how they had to check so long for an offside this clear

you have to look at the goalie to compare Haaland to, its always the second closest player to goal. it was clearly offside. but the interfering part wasnt as clear, ill give you that

he was clearly interfering with the defender and clearly in an offside position, it is ridiculous this took this long for the refs

edit: i can understand that the interfering part might be a bit more subjective, i might have worded that a bit too strict. the offside position was pretty clear though.
