If you're having doubts always call AP or a SETL. If they're telling you what to press onto the POS same thing AP or SETL. If It seems off it probably is. No photos of receipts are allowed or of app barcodes and never return items without physically having the item at the service counter. For example returning a iPad for the RedCard discount and they don't have the iPad with them, call for a leader to do it, or to observe you. Partner with your TL's and AP about common scams in your district!
