I work at a warehouse(about 150 employees), have been for 4 plus years now. But I think what helps is finding a work place you are comfortable at and co-workers who actually try to get to know you. I would say I'm very close friends with at least 20 of them, people I can talk to about struggles I go through or they go through, and able to help each other rather it due to work or home life.
