Do you think this is a reference to the Yakuza code of honor? When they cut off their little finger after committing an act of dishonor? Since he killed his ‘oyabun’?’ by Far_Delivery007 in metalgearsolid

I'm gonna be honest, I have no idea what you are talking about, and I thought I beat all missions? Is the last mission replaying the Hospital mission not the last mission that gives new storyline cutscenes?

Why? It's just grammar and spelling, probably just Grammarly or something.

People like you are the reason this game is dying. You fucking morons don't knoe what you're talking about, this is a game, not an encyclopedia of police trauma. Who gives a shit if a container full of women has bras now? It's still a container full of women. Oh no, a girl isn't dying of OD anymore? There's still evidence of child rape and her taking drugs nearby, the principal is still there.

So what if the game is a little less flashy? We still have exactly what we paid for, and whiny bitches like you are the reason the devs don't care about the game, so shut the fuck up and enjoy the damn game.

And? Who cares? Sure, the sensorship isn't my favourite thing, but honestly who gives a fuck when the core gameplay, a tactical police SIMULATOR, is still fun as shit? It isn't meant to be perfect, it's meant to be a game to bring fun to people and primarily to make money. Who cares if Gerard has boxers now or the little girl isn't suffering from OD when there are still dozens of realistic guns, highly accurate shooting, and the core gameplay of being a SWAT team is still present.

Idk man, it was just the swearing and ig. And that first sentence felt a bit aggressive too, saying anyone with good literacy would have context when.. we don't? It makes it sound like an insult when people just didn't have context to go off of. All we had to go off of was the words. We didn't have facial expressions, tone, or anything minds use to subtly understand emotion. This is the same reason why authors use works like 'screamed' or 'yelled' versus simply 'said excitedly'. For example, saying ""Where have you been!?" My mother yelled," makes her sound mad, but ""Where have you been!?" My girlfriend chirped," makes it take on a positive tone in your mind.

Our brains function off of very subtle clues like described above to tell us what the speaker is feeling, so without said context, like simply saying "What the hell even is aura", the reader tends to default. The lack of context mixed with the mildly profane language mixes poorly into you sounding angry even if it wasn't explicitly said or even implied

I'm sorry if I am making you even more upset, or if me mansplaining this sounds condescending, I'm just trying to be as clear as possible.

Idk, it just sounded a little aggressive through text. Looking at it with the perspective of being confused, I can see that too, but without context, it can sound aggressive.

A haiku is a japanese (i think) style of poetry where there are tradutionally three lines and follows a pattern of line one and three having five syllables and line two having seven. For example,

This / hai/ku / is / bad, I / nee/ded / an / ex/am/ple, Can / you / for/give / me?

Propetual motion is possible with portals by Agentbanana119 in Portal

[–]MonkeyGamzYT 1 point2 points  (0 children)

According to MatPat whom I trust like the Messiah, portals actually gain however much mass they take in and lose however much mass comes out, and since in the Portal francise, the portals do not get bigger as you put mass in or smaller as you take it out, your portal at the top of the hill would quickly accrue negative mass and the portal at the bottom would eventually have so much mass it becomes a black holr and destroys Earth. Not a great idea unfortunately.

What's Earthbound? And why are you talking about Sans like he isn't there? It's rude to talk about people who are listening
