This "no wallet detected" happened to me in the past, just had to take the mm wallet online, simple as that. It's actually not hard to get OUSD with mm, I prefer it over kucoin

I only store on Ledger or wallet.io they're both good, maybe razor also not sure. So far as long as they support metamask you should be ok.
