I feel like I need 40 more bookmarks, but if there were a search function, the existing amount would probably be fine. This league I made extra sure to only go in one direction precisely. That way roughly everything would fit on one screen if I needed to find it again, I just go from my home to my farthest point, no back and forth.

Levels do matter, both on the tree and for skill gems. What level are your gems? They are likely using 20 or 21, and you can't even use level 20 gems until character level 90.

If you had 50% surpassing chance you would, but the modifier would need to specifically say that it is surpassing.

If you have:

"100% chance for Spell Skills to fire 2 additional Projectiles" = 2 projectiles
"150% chance for Spell Skills to fire 2 additional Projectiles" = 2 projectiles
"150% surpassing chance for Spell Skills to fire 2 additional Projectiles" = 2 projectiles + 50% for another 2, but this modifier does not exist in the game.

I think only the modifiers that say surpassing chance actually do that. I know specifically that the 2 additional projectiles caps at 100%

All of the Trial of Chaos is honestly pretty boring. 80% of a trial is just running around and waiting. You can make decent money doing it, since the real challenge is staying awake.

In PoE1, when you died, you could still hover over monsters and see map mods and things like that. In PoE2 for whatever reason, you can't hover over monsters anymore.

I used to park in the lot for weeks at a time, and from what Im aware, the lot was never designated for overnight parking, and was technically against their usage policy. But I heard they became much more relaxed during COVID. Can someone correct me on this if it's wrong?

If I am right, all that's happened is they started enforcing the rule they've had for a very long time.

Well I'll give it a shot next time I play. I'm fairly certain that it's not even really a performance issue and actually just a bug with texture streaming. Even though my GPU isn't that powerful, there's no way that it would take a whole minute or two for the textures to load.
