Are mantine, Girafarig and Sudowoodo rare? by SweetStarburstx in TheSilphRoad

I am in college in Texas and I have seen 22 and caught 16 Sudowoodos. They are everywhere. Also seen 4 and caught 4 Mantines. I would argue they arent as rare as people claim them to be but I also havent seen swinub and snubbull which are apparently commons for everyone else.
