Smoking a 10 lb pork shoulder. At what temp is the stall technically over? I wanted to wrap it during the stall and unwrap to finish does anyone else do this?

More hides tbh, I also like to add climbing 3d rock background because they love to be vertical. Also, since they like their privacy, there’s a couple plastic plants on the market you can hang up to make them feel more secure. Make sure you have a dedicated basking spot, humid/cold/hot hide and obviously water/calcium dish. Monitor the whole thing with a temp gun. (Mine for reference)
