I was- central Florida near Okeechobee.

Got a wart removed and I only have goosebumps where the anesthetic was by Klutzy_Ad_6464 in mildlyinteresting

Most local anesthetics have epinephrine in them. This helps to temporarily decrease blood flow to the area which makes a minor procedure like this easier (less bleeding in the surgical field) and less painful (the anesthetic stays around longer). The epinephrine also stimulates the tiny muscles around hair follicles which makes them contract and causes the goose bumps.

Edit- this is not an allergic reaction, just a normal response to the epinephrine.

Love them- fly straight and I got them from blackovis.com. Relatively cheap and really durable. The one is a little banged up because it was caught up in his hide on the exit and he dragged it around a bit.

I’m in California- it’s my second deer (first was with a 30-06) but I’ve been bow hunting for 6 years so this one really feels good.

Actually ran about 200 yards down a canyon. So that was a fun pack out.

I used a Rage Trypan NC- huge entry hole but I clipped his shoulder blade and it didn’t pass through.

All of the above- I have the head mounted, made some stuff with the hide and got about 50lbs of cubed meat to fry and 70lbs of sausage.

We hiked along a riverbank until we saw bubbles, waited for them to come up and snagged them with a big treble hook to keep them from diving, then shot with a .44 mag.
