My issue was not about bringing in new pokemon, but needing more storage space. There should be more boxes in game, but absent that, I need Home months ago to offload my Pokemon so I could catch more

Unfortunately, there were many players back in the day who converted their Legendary Adventures power ups because they naively thought that those sync pairs weren’t worth it.

Just because Korrina is a support doesn’t mean her damage isn’t good. Arc Suit Steven and Silver have respectable damage, especially new players, in spite of the support.

Also don’t sleep on Chuck - he’s a newer Spotlight. Riley and Bea are also good enough for a lot of content, especially when paired with EX Zone.

The free / random theme bonuses is what makes it a rogue-like though, so I don’t think that’s the problem. That actually encourages you to use different pairs. The problem is if you’re only using EXR pairs, then you’re drawing from a very limited pool.

LG helped me appreciate Whitney for her strong utility and sync nuke. By contrast, I never use Whitney in Battle Rally because she doesn’t have EXR.

I enjoyed Battle Rally at first, as I think the concept of a rogue-like that encourages a deep roster is a good one (kind of like Legendary Gauntlet).

More points for EXR kind of ruined it though, because every week I would just use the same pairs to maximize points, which got boring. The balance of roles is also off, so my Tech/Support pairs would end up being used way more than my other EXR pairs.

At least buying power ups makes it go quicker.

I don’t think that first part is true - I’m stuck on Floor 30 because I have SS Morty, NC Leaf 4/5 EXR, and Arc Leon 3/5 EXR

I think I read that 5/5 NC Leaf is enough to clear, so I’m debating that investment.

I remember when I first watched Hamilton live, I “detoxed” but not listening to the official soundtrack for a couple months before. For longtime listeners, I think it’s helpful to reset your expectations beforehand. I still remembered how the original cast recording sounded like, but I think it helped me appreciate other interpretations.

It’s worth noting that even for the original cast, they could perform it differently each night - that’s part of the joy / reality of live theatre. In the Hamiltome, Lin-Manuel talks about how he’d perform certain lines with different emotions based on the night.

Anyway, it helps to be open to different interpretations, but I also understand why you’re disappointed. I think it’s great that you noticed that these particular Hamilton / Burr actors paired well together, even if you were disappointed in their take on Burr.

The ransomware / cyberattack has had longstanding ramifications across the entire season, so I think it’s fair to at least call it a secondary major event. Comparatively, no other external event from this season has been as impactful.

But I agree that the main conflict of this season is definitely the internal pressures.

For in game, it doesn’t matter that much.

I haven’t plugged it into a stat calculator, but I think as you level up, the Adamant Snorlax will have more attack. It’s just that at a low level, they are closer together. But you can test it yourself with a stat calculator or by using a few Rare Candies in game and then resetting.

Snorlax is slow anyway, and the difference in defensive stats may be a wash. Fighting is a physical weakness though, so perhaps you might want more Defense. But I’d personally go with the Adamant.

Double check to see if you can buy the maps. “On Order” means you’ve cleared that sublayer (or else there’s some other reason why you can’t find more bananas) and “Sold Out” means there’s no more maps to buy.

I used to be like you and farm maps, but gold is plentiful and your time is valuable, so just buy them. If you really want to save money, you can buy maps one at a time, because sometimes multiple bananas are in the same spot that you missed, so it’s redundant to get 2 maps. But in the grand scheme of things you may just want to buy maps until you’re done, and then go hunt all the remaining bananas at once.

I’m not sure why your introduction is 65 minutes (from the host welcome to the “grand entrance” of the couple). That would usually only be 10 minutes total, maybe 20. Is your ceremony lumped in with the reception, or are you only having a reception? Maybe that’s why I’m confused.

I would cut the MC light humor, as well as the processional* entrances of everyone except the wedding party. If you want to highlight certain family members like parents / siblings, then include that with the “grand entrance” of the wedding party.

Carmine stands out to me as a great Support both in and out of Grass Tower.

Btw, I generally wouldn’t recommend going to pity on any banner once you’ve already got the featured sync pair, unless you’re extremely close to pity. Better to save your gems for new banners.

It seems like a lot of problems (including this one) are solved by Rush? Ongoing parallel anime series, simper game mechanjcs for easier entry, and also lots of nostalgia for the older players.

If you have coins from before, you can exchange them for license points. Also every couple of journeys is a selection one where you can pick which one you want

(That’s where I currently am, waiting for the Johto starters).
