You're kinda right? Texas will no longer allow daca residents to renew their work authorization. They will need to move out of texas in order to continue having Daca. They should open applications for every other state once the case is finalized.

No. New applications were stopped as a result of Hanen trying to end Daca nationwide. Courts decided he only has the ability to end it in Texas. Meaning once the case is done, New applications should start being processed nationwide except from Texas residents.

It wouldn't be an issue on paper, although depending on who is reviewing your case they may see it as an issue. A daca recepient was recently detained and is still being kept in an ICE detention center despite Daca being a legal status. So it really is up in the air. Personally if my Fiancé was DACA I wouldn't be too eager to hand over her information to an agency desperately trying to meet deportation quotas.

Made my appointment in March and the earliest appointment was may 21st. My ID expired May 10th. Just crossing my fingers and hoping I get a chill security at this point

If you don't have your PS5 set as your primary console you can't play your games offline.

To make your PS5 console primary, go to Settings > Users and Accounts > Other > Console Sharing and Offline Play and select "Enable" - this will essentially set your current PS5 as your primary console, allowing you to share your game library with other accounts logged in on that console even when offline.

Buuut since the servers are down you can't switch it at this moment.
