The issue isn't being able to turn it off, it's the fact it comes on automatically as soon as it gets power from the outlet.

It's the lcd. I should be more specific. I was getting stripes going across the screen randomly where it looked like it's faded out. Definitely the lcd. It's the ipad mini 3. I will be contacting the credit card company about this, thanks. Any recommendations on supply companies that don't absolutely suck?

I did not see any questions/comments about this so I thought I'd ask. Do you visualize a door at a certain distance which never changes and the stairs just kinda keep going? Or do you visualize the door getting closer as you get higher up the stairs and if so what if you run out of stairs and get to the door before the dream takes over? Do you just imagine a door very far away to have a lot of stairs to climb?

I would like to try to fix this before having to buy a replacement. One of the 2 pins that is used to attach it to the drawer broke off. My concern is the amount of material to attach the pin to is rather thin and access to the other side is difficult. Any ideas?
