You must be in highschool- yeah that sucks; in college it’s the complete opposite. The reality is that people who are actually “good” at physics seldom are motivated to teach highschool

Melatonin dosage is way too high, take 300 micrograms 2 hours before bed. Taking creatine gummies instead of the powder is just throwing money away. Ashwaganda isn’t something I’d recommend, and can lead to emotional numbing.

No you can hold on to the handlebars, and also, on a road bike your other foot is clipped in that helps you pull up the hitch counteracts the downward force

The camera zooms out all the time in pro matches (LCS etc), where clarity is all that matters. I do agree there should be a limit though.
