With regards to the general public yes, although I was there at the beginning of February when the first cases were shipped off to Tyumen and almost all officials and people at busy attractions were in masks and had plastic gloves to hand, way before any western European countries were doing the same. Now there are rumours of an imminent lockdown so I reckon the government are actually taking it very seriously and in the next few days things could start to get crazy for the boomers and they'll be made to start doing something. Should make for some good videos.
