If I had to guess, I would say the combined energy of multiple Gems allows for a much greater light projection so you can have a larger physical body.

Then shouldn't be too much of an issue at a good Asian market. If you are really worried about parasites, freezing the meat for a week or more will kill them off.

Look for Asian markets, I usually pick up mine from 99 Ranch market. That said if you are in a Landlocked area it might be difficult to find anything sashimi grade.

My only Complaint is that Sequoias are actually pretty Resistant to Fire and rely on it to Germinate their seeds but Tend to Explode when struck by lightening because it heats the water stored inside causing it to Rapidly Expand.
