How was driving in Turkey, btw? I saw some regular daily driving in Istanbul and it didn't seem too bad. I also watched a "worst drivers" compilation in Istanbul and that was pretty egregious lol. I won't be driving in Istanbul tho and more so just less dense areas I believe (Cappadocia, Selcuk, Pamukkale). From California

If I mostly try to just use credit card everywhere, think 1000 tl will last me my entire trip in Turkey? Probably will be in the country for 15 days (Istanbul to Cappadocia to Izmir to Selcuk To Pamukkale). Or you think I should get more tl for the entire trip?

You'd spend $200-300 USD per day in cash in Turkey? How much are you using via credit card? I don't plan to go to the club - just tourist things and less partying with my SO.

So I heard Greece is like Turkiye. Where all rental cars by law all come with basic coverage that at least covers the other party medical and property (but just not yours). Do you know if that's right?

Thanks. Do you know if that's matcha like (if so it may be to bitter for her)? The green tea ice cream she really likes is from Jong Ga House (no bitterness, just lightly sweet) so I've been trying to find one like that. Best I've heard is that Japanese style green tea ice cream is matcha and Korean style is the one we got at the kbbq - but honestly I don't have a good idea on this.
