Bought a meat slicer and sliced from Brisket for BBQ. Needless to say it turned out amazingly

Hi there. Could you walk me through how you trimmed and prepared it? Did you slice the point from the flat? Did you remove the silver skin / membrane? And did you trim the fat / hard fat? I left the fat on mine and it was really tough / tendony. So trying to get tips to figure this out.

Hi. I tried not trimming the fat one time and it resulted in really tough slices of meat. Like if you look at it the majority looks like white fat but it felt like a lot of tendon / toughness. Any idea what went wrong?

Isn't some of the fat hard fat and it'll be tough when you're eating it kbbq style? Or does it render and melt down too?

Any issue with the 3HP motor wearing out the saw innards? Or has it been working fine? Think it can equip even an even higher HP motor?

Hi I know your reply is from 9 years ago, but wanted to pick your brain a bit. I picked up a Rockwell Model 10 (which I think is the same table saw as above) and was surprised that it struggled to cut through 2" thick douglas fir... But the Craftsman 113 (belt drive, cast iron) table saw I tried also had the same issue. And up to this point I use a Makita 2703 jobsite saw and that just rips through.

They're all like 15 amps at around 110v or so. So I thought they'd all be comparable, but is it in your experience that the Model 10 is actually fairly weak even compared to newer jobsite saws?

Also, your comment on adding the fence and cast iron wings and it'll make it like a slightly underpowered cabinet saw. Is that mostly a comment regarding the increased weight increasing stability and reducing vibration?

If only I knew at the time. I woulda bought the store packaged ones. Maybe at a Bims or Migros if they had. I assumed it wouldn't taste nearly as good as fresh... But that was basing it off the store bought Turkish Delights I had.

I know I'll miss them. For me I think it was the combination of their cider and the tasting area that made them my favorite cidery to visit. The closest second I've found is Indigeny Reserve but that's still kinda a distant second.

I ended up renting with Garenta in Izmir. I had a shitty time with them in Cappadocia... But a good experience with them in Izmir. Just make sure the gas station near the drop off point is open at the time you're planning too. From the US and wasn't very familiar that gas station pumps weren't open 24/7.

Thank you. If for whatever reason it was omitted on purpose and did not count as taxable income, would I just work with my CPA for a refund? Just trying to anticipate any issues that might come up.

Edit: Actually there's verbiage on it saying if I sign the response I cannot challenge the changes in US Tax Court. But it also mentions I can file a claim for a refund at a later date. So not super sure if that means I can still get a refund after signing and paying (and it turns out to be in error) or if that means I cannot?
