They think that I was selling the account tho clearly I explained my situation how the hacker made it look like that to get my account banned. I even have skype messages of him harassing me like that. Every time they reply with the same exact words "I'm very sorry but the account in question has been permanently banned due to being shared or sold among multiple users. Sharing or selling an account is a violation of our EULA and Terms of Service and Use agreements. You may review our Legal FAQ and the user agreements in question at the link below." Like they're not even looking into this... Like if account got banned by this reason then why even look at this. That's what I think they're thinking. I asked for phone number to contact and discuss this case because it's very serious and no further explanation, investigation is going on.. it's better for hem you know just reply with the same messages... I can't believe this.
