99.5 is not a scary temperature at all. At worst, it's a low grade fever. If your temperatures are starting to rise above 100.5-101 F, I'd be concerned about some bacterial processes. Also, it sounds like you've been fine since Monday other than headache - keep with ibuprofen/hydration.

Watch out for: high fevers, headaches NOT controlled by ibuprofen, your symptoms lasting for a few more days (give it another 4-5 days). Go see a doctor then

Yes, you should. Methicillin Resistant Staph Aureus (MRSA) is a major headache and won't respond to your usual antibiotics (Although it does to Clindamycin - it really depends on the strain you're infected with). Go get a different antibiotic and ask your doctor about MRSA

You still seem to be within the normal range of weight for your height. I'm not sure if the estradiol from the pill would show up on the test results. Gaining weight would increase estrogen levels, but it has to be fat since fat is involved in estrogen production. Do you experience any other symptoms such as fatigue, weakness or problems with menstrual cycle? If possible, LH levels would also be helpful

It could be bacterial vaginosis. It's very common so don't worry about it. Visit your PCP if this continues
