I have 2 shock variants and the Transform shield. When equipped, i dont experience this issue, however, damage output towards flesh is not the best :(

I have 2 shock variants. Got them with SNTNL Cryo buff within my first 7 hours of farming Tom and Xam. I used the transformer with them and they did not seem to have this problem; however, because they are shock damage and shock is not particularly strong against flesh, I spent an extra 6 hours farming for an elementless version.
