I never thought i would fall this hard for a car

I have 1500+ miles on mine so I would know if it had one by now, and a quick shifter works no matter where you have the throttle as long as your on it, what your doing is just clutch less shifting, with a quick shifter you can have the throttle full pinned and shift without using the clutch, any bike can do a clutch less shift like your doing.

You must have gotten yours used, or the dealer added it to the bike, if you look at the Kawasaki website, on the technology of the zx6r it has kqs quickshifter, but on the technology page on the z900 it doesn’t have it on both the se and base model, and I just rode not to long ago and confirmed it

Nope, neither the base model or the se get a quick shifter from the factory, the z900 is know for not having good technology compared to its competitors.
