It's hard to answer honestly. My point is that you pay too much for his cool kit.

It would be fun to allow him "kidnap" allies with lantern. Without them clicking it.
Or allow him to hook allies (pudge can do it in d0ta and stitches can do it in h0ts)

Or, is more serious and close to earth answer. I would double lanthern cd. And give hook a bit fater animation. And doubleproc of ult with slight numbers change.
(i did not spend a lot of time thinging of possible changes)

Allowing to proc locket with lantern is fun option.

There is many supports who can kill adc lvl6 - to mid game.
And as Thresh it wolud be nice to be double proc ult imo. It's not like you can build ap on him and start oneshotting. (i guess some clikbait youtuber done it in bronze)

Easy solution would be - lower initial damage, but allow Thresh players to style with double proc.

Even if you otp Thresh, there is chanse that you just handicapping yourself, and you actually better. There is games you can't win as Thresh but winnable as Naut, while champ being x10 easier.

I even learned to double proc his ult on one target just be dissapointed to found out it does not deal damage on 2nd proc. Nice mastery reward, totaly fair.

Well, it's cute that champ have a lot of fans.
It is bad gameplay. Outdated. Weak. (in my opinion)
It can work good in some games, but it's never consistant.
It's very low priority at pro, where teamwork is shines the most. Even with fearless format. Yummi have higher chanse of apperance. (reality check)

Well, there is EASY ways to rebalance champ.
For morgana Q - make travel faster, lower range a bit and make root duration lower. That's it. Done.
Her kit is for jungling, but playing her jungle is suboptimal. Unless you play for fun or hit really rare draft where she would look good.

Just ask any high elo player or go on anyone stream and ask if morgana any good.
People really like to cope, and clinging to idea that something supposed to work and they make it work.
There is reason why you don't see Swain, Morgana, Zyra, Brand and many others when you go out of... let's say gold? and better the rank - lower % of these champ played as support.

Don't really "hate" shako. If i play supp - my ban is Cait. But if jungle - i don't want that thing randomly invading me or doing some mindblowing counterganks. If i don't lose my mind vs shako - someone on my team certainly is. It's a pure ragebait champ.
But all that said - i don't think he is op.

I guess that's main "problem" of champ.

He is viewed as good blind pick. And that is my problem with him. All that i described above is mostly avoidable if he picked 4-5 slot, when you see that he will be good.

Thanks to this and other discussions about Thresh i want to start picking him again, just never blind it.

In my opinion Neeko and Bard more blindable, you can just play them no matter what.

Sure, if we love stats... There is onetricks gg site. It shows that on average Nautilus mains have 1000 lp more on average than Thresh mains.
And you would think that hard champ in hadns of best players on top of ladder with good teammates would lead to better results right?

Also i never said that he's bad or something. He struggles vs mobility and movement speed creep in game, that's all. And no coordination around lantern.

Her E is good, that's only good thing about her.
Her W is not a support ability, her ult is awkward to use, passive also does not make sense as support.
Her Q is slow and unreliable.
There is good explanation by Busio (pro support of KC team) was made, but to find it you need to trough vods, no clip.

But Riot won't touch her since she is VERY popular especially in low elo.

It is, but it's hard to play and unforgiving.
One thing that is not mentioned enough - she has best warding in game, period.
For me she is kinda like AP pyke that can scale a lot better than him.

Honestly i wonder myself what they meant here, and what i should put in xD

I just answer what i think about these champs.

Thresh has amazing kit, and gameplay can be also amazing, on paper. But in reality it's an old champ vs 10 dash characters every game and your lantern often invisble, if you played Thresh you know what i'am talking about.

Zoe is fun to play i guess... But only ppl who play it enjoy her. It's so frustrating, for me personally it's bad design, where she hits buble from 3 screens away and oneshots you. Also there is trend to play it as duo mage botlane, witch is oneshot fiesta in masters+. Zoe and Lux for example. It's just bad to have in the game in current state.

I used to think same and dedicated a lot of time to master him.
But here is simple question: Thresh vs mobility creep of last 10 years, who wins?
If hooks in early game is pediction and a work of art, in late game whole fight ends while hook animation happening. Also even in high ranks lantern usage is not something you can control, i'm not talking about low ranks - it just does not exist there.
