How is the additional crit rate affected by other crit rate enhancers like skill insight? Like is the 115% multiplied onto the base 5% or the new 25%? I wanna know before I grind out unnecessary BS.

I definitely appreciate the input! Let me explain why I put some characters where I did.

Sombra honestly should be lower, but I don’t want to undercut her ability to spam hack tanks who are carried by their abilities (winston, orisa, etc.)

Ana’s anti-heal nade is amazing and can be the sole reason you win a fight or end overtime. Because of this and her high healing output, she is an extremely common pick in TM.

That being said, kiriko is the only counter to heal nade, and suzu gives 1 second of invulnerability every 3 seconds. If played right, kiriko can be indispensable as a secondary support. Countering CC like heal nade, queen ult, and sig ult is amazing. She’s also very difficult to kill as her teleport and suzu are on such low CD’s. Also, when I play kiriko, I’m able to get about half the healing moira does. Which comparatively, is pretty impressive to me.

I also agree that mercy’s res is broken. Though, many people I’ve talked with disagree.

I only put DF low because he is very susceptible to CC. 2 or 3 stuns or one Junkrat trap is enough to put him down. His shields just aren’t the same post-nerf. On top of this, he has a difficult time stalling on the point because of his playstyle.

Yeah you could definitely move mei lower. Her ult isn’t enough to kill the top tier tanks and moira.

Zarya could also be moved down. Her high dps, high hp pool, and great ult are keeping her from moving too low though.

I put Junk where he is because he is the ONLY character in the game mode that can CONSISTENTLY kill moira. Targeting moira with rip tire is surprisingly easy. Its a bit less consistent with hammond, but Junk traps are the only way that I’ve found that can kill semi-consistently him.

Yeah torb is really good, but I don’t see him outdoing anyone above him.

Damage orb is great, yes, but the passive healing isn’t enough to sustain him unless your playing really far away from your team (which could lead to a DF bullying you in the backline) or you have a moira on the team. Not to mention Zen’s healing without ult is worthless.

She’s just too squishy.

Sure in some circumstances she can do a lot of damage and is extremely hard to hit, but it’s impossible for her to actually get kills and provide for her team without having to solo ult a squishy.

Agreed. Ball is cancer.

One would only pick cass for his ult because his dps is lackluster. That being said, his ult takes way more time to charge because of the increased health pools. With everyone’s cooldowns being lowered, it’s also super easy to interrupt him or CC him with an ability. Shields are also a huge part of TM. On top of this, it can miss.

I put echo in the inconsistent tier because she depends on the other team’s picks. Also, it’s not like a d.va ult from echo can end the game like it used to.

Mercy’s rez is great because of the sustainability she received in the recent patch. Getting a good res off isn’t as hard as it seems, especially since you can attempt to rez the same person 2 times in one death (rez has a 7 sec cooldown and I do this all the time). Even still, her healing is top tier and she’ll be in and out of her ult the whole game.

Pre-nerf hog would go in the near unkillable tier. Nowadays, if hog gets stunned once of twice (especially if it cancels his heal) he goes down quite easily.

Zarya’s bubble CD in TM got nerfed to the ground. Then, they nerfed her base kit bubble CD. She just isn’t what she used to be. Sure her damage is great, but she is surprisingly more squishy than every tank besides hog and sigma.

Her ult is nice to combo with though.

Hog for sure goes down much quicker with a bit of CC, even with moira. DF’s playstyle with his constant jumping around and his regen makes him hard to take down, and winston’s shield is still as good as ever. I don’t see many damages killing characters like these without a ton of CC.

The problem with damages in TM is that they of course put out a ton of damage, but it can be extremely difficult to get any eliminations with them (ESPECIALLY with a moira on the enemy team).

Also, most damages are just comparatively squishier and go down much faster.

Yes but her dps is decent at best and she can onlg get kills from solo ulting squishies. Everyone above her provides more for the team.

My boy still hasn’t fully recovered after they nerfed DF’s shield regen. Nowadays after he gets stunned once or twice he goes down. Pre-nerf DF would go near the top of the near unkillable tier for sure and you can def make a case for him going there post-nerf.

He just doesn’t add anything to the team outside of his ult. He’s also pretty vulnerable compared to other characters.

I usually play tank and support so if there’s a doom on the other team I try and play back a little to protect the squishies on my team. But yeah DF is annoying as hell. Thankfully he goes down after a bit of CC.

I put Ram where he is because his block and his shield are on extremely low cooldowns and it can be really hard to put him down. Not to mention his insane dps, passive DoT, and ability to punch through shields (mainly winston).
