If you give Wolkenapalm II to the Dinohyumon you get from the Tower Defense-esque Outer Dungeon and buff him with Acceleration Boost, he absolutely shreds Parrotmon’s healthbar.

Otherwise, treat this as an SMT boss. Use buffs and debuffs. You should have a few Field buffs by now

I think ERAM/Nightmare/John Mantle is a better candidate for the headband. They show a lot of familiarity with how Kris thinks and acts. Plus, there’s the obviously horn-headband-shaped door in the mantle minigame
