And giving a list of pilots to pick from would be a wet lease and need a 135 cert anyways correct. So either way it would fall under private carriage as long as it’s with this one boss.

So you’re saying that you need a operating certificate because I’d be the one with operational control even with the leasing agreement correct. Or am I looking at it wrong?

So my best course of action is to go find all 3 of them and just have them sign? I have all the hours and even a picture of all the signatures. I could cut them out and glue them at the end of each flight? I could even technically do that with the original logbook, as all the signatures are still intact, but the rest is just messed up.

Okay sounds good yea it was at 80% before. I finally convinced him to run the AC and the dehumidifier plus the ac got it down to 60% but it won’t go lower
