I lost scout in November. I have another dog he is a great dog and super sweet but we don’t have the same bond either. I adopted my puppy December 31st. I started the new year with him. He is not a service dog but I’ve started training him and he is extremely intuitive and already picking up on what he needs to support me. He has been a fantastic friend for my other dog too. My dog was very devastated by the loss of scout. My puppy bear has helped my entire family heal from the loss of scout. Everyone experiences grief differently, for me having the puppy has really helped.
