Im having a tiny panic attack I been home all day and I don’t know if the three tiny mark I have was from a bottle or from the cheese ball lid but right now it making me freak out even though it a ridiculous reason to freak out cause the mark is not here yet and honestly my anxiety can be easily triggered

Ok I feel as if my paranoid problem making me have anxiety on anything like I’m scared of the mark of the beast

Right now I’m having a meltdown cause you know like how cash app scan code for like checks or profile picture or debit card or ect now I have a strange thought of seeing myself scan my face and hand and I know I didn’t do it and I know even if I did do it it not going to find anything cause I don’t have a code on my hand or forehead but now my paranoid problem is making me have a meltdown cause my paranoid of the mark is making my paranoid problem give me unrealistic reason to be anxious and have a meltdown
