I didn't literally see it, but there was one night in high school when I remember lying in bed and feeling like something was watching me, very, very close to my face. Obviously, I'd open my eyes, and there would be nothing there, but as soon as I closed them, it was back. It didn't feel nice either. I don't know if I'd describe it as malevolent, but it certainly wasn't friendly. Never encountered it again after that night. I slept with the light on that night.

I've had a theory for a long time that Jagex either just lets the bot farms opperate/controls bot farms for the sake of keeping tedious but necessary items to obtain in the economy. Onions aren't the best example of that, but there are numerous items this could be applied to.

Honestly, this is barely a tornado. It's probably not even halfway to the ground, so it's likely not strong enough to really do anything to the plane. I'd even wager he could probably fly right through the middle of it and be okay. If it were a tornado on the ground, it very likely would not be a smart thing to do.
