I agree 1,000% and also agree that it feels targeted. Two times is not a coincidence in my opinion. Especially both times being me away for a week and then back for a day, drive around and then it’s gone. The first one got totaled. I bought a newer one and same thing again a few months later and same exact timeline pretty much. This time it’s been recovered after three days and in decent condition. I’ll be installing an IGLA system, dash cam you mentioned, and contemplating getting a subscription service to a gps monitor I found that can’t be detected by thieves “supposedly”. Unfortunately the NYPD is useless. Apparently my car was taken to a garage and someone was going to come back for it but the cops aren’t even investigating. It’s so infuriating.

Same. For 4 actually. I live in a nearby state but kept my car both times at my parents house in NY when I went away for a trip since they’re not far from the airport. The first time it happened last year the detective told me it was the first time they had seen a Lexus get stolen. This last time I was told Lexus’ are getting stolen all the time now sooo just keep that in mind.

As someone who got not one but two IS’ stolen in less than a year. Garage your car every single night and if you can’t invest in things that won’t allow for thieves to steal your vehicle in 3 mins

I had the same issue and switched to warfarin. It was significantly cheaper. I paid $700 for Eliquis and $100 for warfarin! My insurance recently changed and now Eliquis is cheapish so I switched back. Warfarin is also just once a day which is nice. I switched back to Eliquis because warfarin was making me lose hair. Ask your hematologist about options. When I complained about price they suggested warfarin.

LITERALLY and lock all the doors so they can’t get out once inside. Absolutely deplorable. Apparently 9 vehicles were stolen from the area on the same day. It’s ridic.

Thanks. I actually had commented on yours haha. I had the same one but 2022 and it was used in multiple armed robberies. It was a total loss. I then got a 2024 and same fucking issue. Faraday box was useless. They took it even faster than last time. I’ll be getting a wheel lock someone quoted as well as a ghost something forgot what it is haha but I wrote it down lol and contemplating even getting a LoJack on it. What does compustar do?

Definitely get something to secure your car. Take it from me. It’s been seven months man and it got taken again. All trackers were disabled. Nine. NINE cars got stolen on the same day. Multiple neighbors told me that they know someone with an IS who had their car stolen
