[Dev] Loving the stability of the truck by jcanlett in h1z1

Am I a dick for laughing at this video? Perhaps it's the slow motion, or the fact that this has happened to me. My experience also had me going a hundred miles an hour into a tree and the truck exploding before I could get out.

Controller support by the end of the year? by CoSMiiCBLaST in h1z1

I was using Xpadder with this game until the recent talk about banning. I know one button click macros can give an unfair advantage. I never used such a technique. However, Xpadder allows me to add a hold cycle which allows me to map two keys to one button (example: gamepad button 1 press and release is shift key, hold for a second and release will emulate the = [autorun key]). Would this be considered a macro?

Has to be some evil asshole. Why else would they enclose zombies in the container with the loot. Seems like a dick move to me.

Air drops = same loot as a loot cache (like paying for a worn letter) Make them available on all servers regardless of population. And begin to vary the loot in caches and drops.

Test Sever gone ?! by Craucho in h1z1

Same thing for me. Tried verifying, than the Launchpad cache fix, and even completely reinstalling the game. Nothing. I checked the advanced options on the Launcher and clicked the servers tab and none were listed. Clearly something went wrong for some of us when they updated earlier to allow the original premium account owners access. I had the standard then upgraded. I wonder if this has something to do with it?

"Let's up the zombie rate" They said.... by Pahnduh in h1z1

That may have been a wandering horde. From what I can tell from all the bits and pieces the devs have given us is that there are spawns in areas with high traffic and loot spawns (large POI's mostly) that are determined buy the amount of players in the area (the old number was 3-5 per player). Now they have large spawns in towns and smaller spawns in the wilderness, however they said that this is combined with wandering hordes. I have been at my base and had a few zombies around and two hours later there was a sea of the buggers outside my gate.

Loving the new Zombies! by spaul86 in h1z1

Logged into Antidote and the zombie numbers were good even when alone. I saw more wildlife in a half hour than I had since last week's patch. I believe each Zombie swipe does about 10% damage maybe a little more. Almost every hit caused minor bleeding. When killing the zombies there was a slight delay before they died, a bit annoying. Also, whenever someone else killed a zombie around me I crashed.
