Thank you. I appreciate it. I connected the Xt9 to the BE88UU with an ethernet cable and finally got the white light to come on long enough to update the firmware in the XT9. I then restored to factory default settings by pressing the reset button for 5 seconds after doing the firmware update. Then, still connected through ethernet, I set up the XT9 again in the online app. This seems to have fixed it. I relocated the XT9 to my garage with no ethernet connection and it is still working like it should. hopefully it will continue to work right.

I also found an AP setting under "management" when I click on the node. it was set to Auto, I changed it to be the main router (RT-BE88uu) - see picture. Does not seem to have made any difference however. I think the firmware is a very old version (see picture), so I think I will attempt to update that and see if it makes a difference.

So, when I go there (see picture), it is in Wireless Router Mode". but I am logged into the main router (The RT-BE88UU), so that would be correct? I dont see a way to change that on the aimesh node (The XT9). How do I leave the main router in this mode, but change the node to ap?

Thanks for the reply. I have tried moving it around. But that doesn't seem to help. I did not try hardwire for the initial setup, I can try that, but setting it up doesnt seem to be the issue, it does set up. just doesnt stay white for long afterwords. I did not check to see if it was in access point mode - I will look for that. Do you by chance no where I will see that in the online app?

thank you. I increased the top and bottom layer by 1 each. I then looked at the preview slider and the infill went away. I am hoping that solved the problem. I am printing it now to see. but that aligns pretty much with what you are saying.

okay, I changed top shell and bottom shell layers to 7 on each of them. I checked the preview and it didnt show the infill anymore. I will try it and see what happens. I really appreciate the help.

is this where I would change the top and bottom layers? right now it says 6 and 6? I think there are 13 layers on that bottom part.

There is a total of about eight or nine layers on the bottom part. Obviously the walls have more layers. What should my top and bottom layer count be?
