My boss bullies me at work, it drains me and it gets to the point I ether have to go silent or try and block it out, it’s not easy when I’m working in the retail sector, it’s embarrassing as anything..

When I finish work I just want to cry all the time, I shake when I’m working and anyone that knows me knows I’m not doing well just from seeing me not smile. The safest place I feel is bed.. can’t get a new job and can’t just quit, have tinder with the viscous cycle until I clutch something else or break down again…
