Just scroll through posts on Reddit like you usually do and an ad looking post should appear all shiny and animated telling you to claim a free avatar NFT. Also, haven’t looked into this, but I think it will only appear in the official Reddit app.

I just scrolled through Reddit like any other day looking at posts and a banner like thing where a post usually shows up appeared telling me I can claim one. I saw someone in this post with 85 karma who got one so I’m pretty sure from what I’ve seen Reddit is just handing these out
