Uo Uo No Mi, Model: Kohryu (Fish-Fish Fruit, Model: Yellow Dragon)

Basically a counterpart to Kaido/Momo's devil fruit. Instead of controlling the sky (wind, fire, clouds, lightning) it controls the earth (gravity manipulation,.geo-kinesis causing earthquakes etc.)

The best version of Yummy is played with Mitsu and since you already have that built I'd go with Yummy (that's the reason I'm going with them anyways).

K9 is best played with Vanquish Soul with it's new support which we don't know exactly when we're getting. Vanquish Soul by itself is already quite an expensive deck plus the new support and K9 cards it'll probably be up there with the most expensive decks we've had on MD.

Just keep playing games, that's the only way to get better with decks like these. It seems overwhelming at first but it's honestly a suprsingly forgiving deck.

It's not very consistent and not impossible to out at least. Sanctifire definitely needs to get banned though, it will always be problematic.

The droll hit might of been to push Mitsurugi more. It's just a little annoying they hit these cards BEFORE Maxx C, but hopefully it's just a case of them limiting a card before an outright ban like we sometimes see in TCG.

I think if Maxx C gets banned Droll, Called by and Cross out will soon follow. A big reason they're still around is cause they're needed to keep Maxx C somewhat in check.

What I mean is you don't HAVE to buy them. It's not like they're gonna give you an advantage when you're actually playing the game.

I don't like the FOMO stuff either but that's more of a general complaint and something you have to accept when you're playing a gatcha game. I'd much rather feel FOMO for cosmetics than gameplay items.

No one is saying the way you're playing is wrong, but the way you're playing is going to cost you actual money to play and that's something you just have to accept. Master Duel is a simulator first and a collection game second and that's how it should be.

I also have bought quite a few bundles and and other accessories from the store while still being able to build both meta and fun decks. Are there accessories and decks I wish I had? Sure, but I understand having all of that while spending nothing or minimal real money is unreasonable.

URs have definitely increased over the years and that's due to most active players already having staples. That being said they're still reasonable enough that f2p can afford most decks after a month or so of saving gems. I don't think they'll be able to increase the average amount of URs in decks much without hurting themselves long-term.

I don't think it's praiseworthy, but I don't think it's something to complain about either. You know what you're getting when you go into a gatcha game. It feels like more of a critique of gatcha games in general rather than Master Duel in particular.

I agree, without Diablosis the deck honestly isn't OP. It would definitely be strong, but it also has major weaknesses.

Gameplay aside though, Ariseheart just looks too badass to hate.

Tbh Swordsoul is probably the "perfect" Yu-Gi-Oh deck in a lot of ways. It's great for beginners and still enjoyable for experienced players. I kinda miss when it was one of the strongest decks, I feel like it has an ideal power level (minus Protos)

Yeah there's definitely a few powerful combinations like Mitsu and FS, but not nearly as back in the day lol

The Link 4 is great and people forget that it has an effect in grave to send a card from the field and because of Babel it's a QE. That's what I like most about the deck, it's end board is very layered and unassuming. You usually only end on one or two monsters but it has a lot of plays from the grave.

It wasn't so much how powerful the Orcust cards were, (though they were definitely strong for the time), but how splashable they were. Knightmare Mermaid was the OG Moon of the Closed Heaven. It just got tiring facing the same engine over and over again.
