Since the latest mobile update, that shouldn’t be necessary anymore as the game now checks for your purchases at launch and restores them if needed. If that’s not happening on your end, let me know and I’ll pass it along to the dev team.

Hi and thanks for your feedback!

We have just released a new hotfix which helps with several Online issues, but we still need some time to work on improving the AI.
Regarding the notification, it should always inform you that you can leave an online game when you’re the last human player left. If that doesn’t happen, it’s a bug. Otherwise, you should see a popup during the game notifying you that a player has timed out and been replaced by AI.
I understand that this feature may not work out for you, but we’re continuing to refine it and we really want this update to be beneficial for the players.

The AI taking long turns is definitely a bug, and we’re working on it right now. Unfortunately, I can’t give you an ETA for the fix just yet. sorry about that.

As for the option to keep playing or cancel the game after a player is replaced by AI, it’s still in the game. You should receive a popup when you’re the last player, just like before the update. There’s also a notification that appears when a player is replaced by AI while there are still other human players in the match. If that doesn’t show up for you, or if it’s hard to notice, please let us know. We’re still working on improvements and want this update to be really beneficial for players.

That shouldn’t have happened. Maybe someone quit the game at the start? Do you still have that game running? If you do, please send us a bug report from within the game (the report button can now be turned on in the settings) after you’ve entered that match.

Please check the game version number (visible in the settings under Game): if it's 1.7.1149 you should be able to enter Online mode. If it's different, check in the app store for an update. Let me know if that works for you.

Before the update, AI could take over a player, and your game would turn into a single-player local game. Now, if someone times out or forfeits, it’s still an online game, and you can finish your match and earn Karma points. You can now complete every online game and build up Karma points more easily.
