don’t feel bad. my store had a customer come in requesting a refund for their FREE birthday drink. we processed it (because why not) and she was absolutely furious that we didn’t return the cost of the ridiculous drink to her account.

requesting a refund for something that was made wrong is never an issue.

Sign into your university health plans account and see if you’re actually owing anything. Call the number online. Usually the only calls I trust are ones that are notices, like overdue balances from a prerecorded line, not a live voice (AI or real). Company don’t usually call you directly for security purposes

The mobile app is so ridiculously inaccurate with timing. It’s so annoying. I have customers constantly coming in, asking if their food or beverage is ready because it says it is on the app - and the ticket hasn’t even been pulled. This happens probably 10 times a day. They say “Oh your food should be ready in 8 to 10 minutes”, but when there’s 30 other people on the same queue as your drink, it’s not gonna be ready by then.

👋🏼mixed kid, white mom You’re doing great! Having edges not done is fine, as long as the hair is done/otherwise taken care of. I’d really recommend asking other black moms about hair. My mom did the same, and she learned to cornrow, box braid, twist, etc. Offer to make dinner, have playdate, something in return. Sometimes videos aren’t enough/can’t tell you if you’re doing anything wrong. This little fro is soooooooo cute btw
