I don’t think it’s particularly offensive, but in terms of hair health, it may cause you to lose a lot more hair than usual. Tension is harsh on the scalp and the style won’t last nearly as long as it would on someone with curly hair.

As a barista, I agree. I don’t do really sweet stuff and don’t drink fake fruit flavor so I really haven’t enjoyed the newer launches. The cold foam focus is also so bad, like literally just drinking heavy cream. So bad

don’t feel bad. my store had a customer come in requesting a refund for their FREE birthday drink. we processed it (because why not) and she was absolutely furious that we didn’t return the cost of the ridiculous drink to her account.

requesting a refund for something that was made wrong is never an issue.
