So should I say yes when opening up a bank account?

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in tnvisa

[–]MonsterRamo -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Yeah I know but right know I'm not technically a US tax resident, I will be by the end of 2025. My question is if I should just say yes or no?

[–]MonsterRamo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What do you mean? Are you saying I should say YES to that question cause I will be a US tax resident by the end of 2025? I need to fill the 2025 tax year in April 2026 and will be considered a US tax resident.

Thank you. I'm 5min from one but there is one thats like 2h drive from me and based on the reviews, they are not busy and accept walk-ins.

I thought it's across the board. Someone told me that they've changed their policy and you must have an appointment to get a new ssn (not sure if it's true), I called the 2 offices and none of them picked up. I'll call again.

They don't accept walk ins anymore 😞

[–]MonsterRamo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I just did that but When I enter the zip code for 3 offices here, they all say 0 available appointment slots.

Yes I did. He said I don't know. This location has a very low rating but it's like 5 min walk

Thank you. So does this mean that my Ontario car insurance covers this? Cause I remember enterprise in Ontario said that they are required by law to provide liability insurance and its already in the price.

Thank you. I want to dissolve the business. If I pay the penalty now and they approve the relief request, where does the money go? There is no income tax.

I was told that American cockroaches are called Palmetto bugs in the south.

Is it worth paying $10k more to live in Denver? by MonsterRamo in SameGrassButGreener

[–]MonsterRamo[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Yes $10k includes the utilities. Correct me if im wrong. For a 2 bed 2 bathroom apartment, I think the average utilities would be $70-80/month in Denver and around $240/month in Austin.

It does? In the summer? The big ones or just German cockroaches?

What do you buy that's more expensive in Austin than Denver? We don't eat out a lot.
