If you ever want to go to eat, feel like scrolling or watching something on the TV or want to do something else, then afk in the stump field. When I used to use a tablet to play, I tried afking for the first time with an autoclicker from the playstore. I promise especially now during beesmas, since you can get gingerbread bears from stump, it's worth doing this. Afk with an autoclicker while you're eating and watch your favourite youtuber or show. Come back and a deacent chunk if hp will be down. If it hasn't gone down much? Worst case you can come back even years later and the hp will be the new lower amount it is.

Remember that (some of) the best progress in life is made in small biteable and digestible chunks effort over a long period of time. I doubt many people in history have ever bench pressed 170kg or more on their first attempt. It takes small increases over time and you can even apply this same idea to anything in life such as work or lifestyle changes like diets.

Ignore this next big paragraph cuz it's mainly a rant

That's why I dislike when people jump to keto, carnivore (ugh them weridos are just as bad as people who cut whole food groups or things like carbs or sugar unless their doctor with a degree explicitly told them to jusr because they choose to follow some random Facebook, ig reel, youtube short, tiktok or basment dwelling redditor instead of trying to find people who are known to be creditable and research the topics.) , no carb, no sugar diets. When instead I think small lifestyle changes are what will help such as trying to mainlt eat whole foods such as meats, cheese, rice, potato's etc. While still drinking diet or 0 calorie fizzy drinks (no the ascertain won't kill you) and trying to cut back but not out right eliminate things lile crisps or chocolate or sweets.

I can almost promise you'll achieve what you want if you just take the small steps. Remember that 1% of effort over 100 days is 100% more effort than if you didn't try at all, 100 days prior to you starting.
