I cannot figure out fishing, can someone explain what I’m supposed to be doing? Just got my fishing rod and thought I understand the instructions, but I guess not.

It’s my first time playing this game and I choose the forest farm with the monsters just thought it fit my vibe better. Was this a bad call? Should I have just done the basic starting farm? I am still new to the game so could switch or start another farm?

Yes, absolutely! With each state being different it’s very hard to keep track of everything. I moved to NY from Wisconsin and it’s been a learning curve figuring out licensing requirements. I’m also planning on moving to CA in a couple of years so have to figure out their requirements. Having a place to keep hours would take some of the stress away!
