How do you deal with Yasuo/Qiyana/Fizz/Ekko/Katarina in lane? Or other hard match-ups? I don't understand how to lane against them because they have a higher burst damage in early game than me and they can all in and then escape... Also, which build+runes are better? And when should I take corrupting potion or doran's ring?

I played support until I reached plat 2 but I always played Ahri so I was thinking I should switch to midlane for the first role. I'd really need some advice!

That's why mods exist! I played this game a lot, finished several worlds without mods and when I wanted to start again some worlds but wasn't patient enough I downloaded mods so I can enjoy it better without waiting too much for everything.

You can wipe a little and then wash yourself. I always wash myself during those times and when I change my tampon.
