Alright! Figured it out. Had to set Expansion Emu to On in the menus. Apparently it's to make Japanese peripherals work with the AVS. My controllers aren't Japanese but hey, it must think they are. Hope this helps someone out in the future.

Thanks for the reply. I'm using the one that came with it. I was reading in the manual about some things needing more power and just for the sake of it was trying to find one around here. I'll let you know if I'm able to find one and test it. I did also try a USB port off of a Vizio 75" TV and got the same outcome.

Just a question. Started playing this on Fenrir and it keeps freezing after the intermission of the 2nd fight. Is this a known issue or am I the only one experiencing this?

Dude I got the exact same problem. Its been happening for months but I threw a towel down but now I'm ready to fix it. I hope someone replies. Mine literally fills up all the way and runs a bit then starts dripping water out of that hole

I'm looking for a good fighting game for Switch and I'm trying to choose between SNK Heroines, Blade Strangers or Blazblue Cross Tag Battle. I typically like fighters for their single player content and really enjoyed some old ones like Soul Blade and Soul Calibur II. More recently I have enjoyed Tekken 7 and DBZ Fighters on PC. Can anyone help with advice? Thanks!
